Progress will be tracked and adjustments will be made to the treatment plan as necessary to ensure the needs of the patient are being met.

DEVELOP A PLAN

The individualized treatment plan will include goals that we will accomplish with therapy, the strategies we will use to accomplish those goals, and how we will measure progress.

SET A TARGET

An initial assessment will help us identify specific behaviors to target in therapy, allowing us to develop an individualized treatment plan.
